俗話說「受人點滴，湧泉以報」！台北有個蘇先生，每星期揹著40公升的水，爬上海拔6
百多公尺的觀音山，免費奉茶給登山客解渴，而且一揹就是20年，原來他15歲那年，因為
心情低落去爬觀音山，口渴時有陌生人給他一杯水，讓他很感動，決定也要貢獻自己，後
來很多人受到他的感召一起揹水，現在已經有80多人加入，從進口車車商總裁，到退休民
眾都有。
觀音山揹水隊長蘇先生：「就是裝滿了水，把它扣上去。」
揹起40公升的水桶，爬上海拔6百多公尺的觀音山，免費奉茶給登山客，這樣的善行，蘇
先生已經持續20年，風雨無阻。蘇先生：「有一天就遇到一個張先生，他就拿一杯水給我
喝，就從那個時候開始。」
蘇先生15歲那年，早上去爬觀音山，口渴得要命時，有個好心人給了他一杯水解渴，讓當
時處於人生低潮的他大受感動，決定也要揹水奉茶幫助別人，就這樣持續了20年。
來自各行各業的人，受到他的影響，加入揹水隊，現在已經有80多人。蘇先生：「遇到一
個張先生，他是名牌進口車老闆，我就邀約他，他有一天就真的來了，就來揹水，一揹就
揹了10年。」
揹重物還要爬山的活動，連護士小姐也來幫忙，一個介紹一個，成為僅有3個女生，甚至
還有盲人同胞也來做愛心；蘇先生說，水量多少不是重點，連他的女兒都揹著奶瓶裝水，
跟爸爸上山奉茶。蘇先生：「我女兒她小時候都會揹這個奉茶，放在這旁邊。」
從一開始很害羞，偷偷摸摸裝1500c.c.的水上山，到後來在山上成立奉茶基地，讓更多人
有水喝，蘇先生說，因為他20年來，始終堅持著台灣人的精神。蘇先生：「這個精神就是
我們台灣人的精神，施比受更有福。」
